| Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF |
A new generation, synthetic transmission fluid which out-
performs all conventional multipurpose ATF fluids. It provides unique advantages of
outstanding low temperature properties for enhanced operability. In many front-wheel
drive vehicles and manual transmissions, it will provide excellent gear shifting and
protection under severe driving modes. It is a superior DEXRON lll
and MERCON qualified product. It can also provide good performance in cars
originally requiring Ford Type H and CJ fluids. |
| Mobil 1 Series |
Mobil 1 Series motor oils offer advgantages beyond
conventional mineral oil products. Mobil 1 synthetic, detergent-disperant oils are
designed for passenger cars and light trucks running on gasoline or diesel fuel. They are
recommended for engines requiring API service SH, SH/CD, SG, SG/CD. Mobil 1 5W-30
and 10W-30 offer Energy Conserving 11 fuel economy. Mobil 1 15W-50 is especially
suitable for high performance cars, particularly hot-running or heavily loaded vehicles
and special high-tech imported cars. |
| Mobil 1 Synthetic GearLubricant |
An Indy 500 certified multipurpose synthetic gear
oil. The product reduces wear and spalling under the high-speed, high-torque, and
high horsepower conditions in competitive racing and high-performance cars. It
offers maximum resistance to oil breakdown from heat and high-speed operation, thereby
extending service life. It reduces chatter in limited-slip differentials. |
| Mobil 1 Synthetic Grease |
This grease is formulated with synthetic base stocks and a
lithium complex thickener. The high viscosity base stock and additives give it the
ability to lubricate over a wide temperature range, -40 degrees F. to +350 degrees
F. It resists water intrusion for proper lubrication of disc brake wheel bearings,
suspension joints and steering linkages. |
| Mobil Delvac 1 |
A synthetic, super-high-performance, all-season diesel
engine oil developed for all types of automotive fleet equipment, including on- and
off-highway vehicles and farm equipment having heavy-duty diesel engines. It is also
ideal for gasoline engines where an API SH or SG performance level oil is specified.
It carries an SAE 5W-40 viscosity rating. However, because of its higher Vl, it
provides a better protective film at higher temperatures than conventional SAE 40 oils,
while remaining fluid at subzero temperatures. |
| Mobil Delvac 1300 Series |
These monograde series engine oils are recommended for
demanding high-output diesel engines in contractor, farm and other off-highway fleet
service where fuel sulfur content or other severe service factors require this type and
quality of oil. These oils are available in four viscosity grades. |
| Mobilfluid 424 |
A high-performance, multipurpose tractor transmission and
hydraulic fluid. It uses advanced technology for optimum performance in farm,
contractor, and industrial tractors. It is approved for use in all major farm
tractor specifications. It is recommended for top-up and refill of transmissions, final
drives, hydraulics, power steering, wet brakes, PTOs, and hydrostatic drives. |
| Mobilgrease CM-L, CM-P,CM-S, CM-W |
These are heavy-duty, unleaded contractor/mining greases.
They have excellent water resistance and extreme pressure (EP) capabilities. These
greases have excellent adherence to all surfaces, insuring outstanding
lubrication. All of the greases contain oils at the optimum viscosity to
perform tough lubricating jobs found in the contractor/mining industries. |
| Mobilgrease HP |
An unleaded, multipurpose automotive grease that meets the
requirements for extended lubrication intervals of automotive chassis lubrication points,
universal joints and disc brake wheel bearings, particularly in passenger cars, light
trucks, taxi fleets, and farm equipment. It has excellent resistance to oxidation,
high lubricating value, excellent EP characteristics, and strong resistance to
displacement by water. |
| Mobilube HD 80W-90 LS |
A multipurpose, heavy duty, extreme pressure gear
lubricant recommended for limited-slip final drive axles of passenger cars, trucks,
taxicabs, and contractor and farm equipment. It provides good stability at high
temperatures and good performance at low temperatures, resist foaming, is compatible with
normally used seal and gasket materials and provides good protection against copper
corrosion. |
| Mobil Motor Oil Series |
These oils protect against sludge, engine rust and
corrosion under severe low temperature operating conditions. These engine oils are
available in four multiviscosity grades, SAE 5W-30, 10W-30, 10W-40 and 20W-50 |
| Mobil Multi-Purpose ATF |
A new generationpremium automatic transmission fluid
meeting major U.S. and import car manufacturers' performance requirements. It is
qualified by GM as a DEXRON lll fluid. It is qualified by Ford for its MERCON
requirement and may be used in cars requiring Ford Type CJ and H fluids. It can also
be used in off-highway trans- missions, power steering, and other hydraulic systems
requiring a Allison C-4 fluid. |
| Mobilube SHC |
A multipurpose type synthetic gear lubricant recommended
for the year-round lubrication of enclosed automotive gear drives, including subzero
conditions and where operations require lubricants with relatively high viscosity and
excellent load-carrying ability. They are available in two multi- viscosity
grades. They also meet the requirements of U.S. Military specification MIL-L-2105D. |
| Mobil Pegasus 390, 490 |
390 and 490 gas engine oils are SAE 30- and 40-grade oils,
respectively. They are premium-quality engine lubricants
formulated with ashless detergents, effective oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, and
antiwear agents. They provide excellent dispersancy, and good high-temperature
detergency and stability. They are recommended for all high-speed gas engines.
They are also suitable for modern two- and four-cycle, slow-speed gas engines except where
severity of application requires special heavy-duty, load- carrying performance. |
| Mobil Pegasus 426, 446 |
These are SAE gas engine oils designed for
engines running on landfill gas or sour gas. The products
provide outstanding protection for turbocharged and naturally aspirated, medium- and
high-speed four-cycle Caterpillar, Superior, and Waukesha gas engines requiring a product
of low to medium ash level. |
| Mobil Pegasus Special |
This is a higher quality multigrade SAE 15W-40 ashless
detergent gas engine oil. Low temperature starting capability when using Mobil
Pegasus Special makes it particularly suitable for two- and four-cycle engines in remote
locations and for mainline stations that are shut down for long periods in the winter,
then started on short notice without warming the lube and coolant system. |
| Mobil SHC 500 Series |
500 Series synthetic, super-stabilized, antiwear hydraulic
fluids are recommended for systems using gear, piston or vane pumps operating at either
high or low pressures. Available in four viscosity grades, they are particularly
recommended for use in severe service and sealed-for-life systems where superior fluid
performance is desired. |
| Mobil SHC 600 Series |
600 Series synthetic gear and bearing lubricants are based
on synthesized hydrocarbon fluid technology. They are designed for use under severe
conditions such as extremely high or low temperatures. They are recommended for use
in industrial enclosed gear sets and in heavily loaded plain or rolling element bearings. |
| Mobil SHC 800 Series |
800 Series gas turbine lubricants are made from syn-
thesized hydrocarbon base oils and a combination of additives to provide superior rust
protection, low-temp- erature fluidity, and high-temperature oxidation stability. They are
recommended as circulating oils for the lubri- cation of land-based gas turbines,
particularly units under 3000 hp used as standby power units, and in some types of total
energy systems. |
| Mobil SHC PM Series |
These are fully synthetic circulating oils for paper
calender and paper machine circulating systems. Available in four viscosity
grades, they are formulated to provide superior lubrication and "keep-clean"
performance under operating temperatures beyond the capability of conventional paper
machine oils. |
| Mobilgear SHC 150, 220, 320, 460, 680 |
These synthetic, heavy-duty industrial gear lubricants are
intended for enclosed gear sets operating under severe temperature ranges and load.
Depending on viscosity, five grades of Mobilgear SHC Series lubricants are recommended for
all steel-on-steel enclosed gear drives in the temperature range between -54 degrees F
minimum ambient temperature and 250 degrees F maximum operating temperature. |
| Mobilgear SHC 1000, 1500, 3200, 6800 |
These extra-heavy-duty synthetic industrial gear
lubricants are designed for all kinds of enclosed gearing as well as plain and rolling
element bearings. Generally, these oils are ideal for heavily loaded, low-speed
gears and bearings where boundary lubrication conditions may prevail. |
| Mobilgear SHC 46M |
This extra-heavy duty gear lubricant is ideal for heavily
loaded, low-speed gears where boundary lubrication conditions prevail.
Also intended for open gears applications where asphaltic diluent-containing lubricants
have historically been used. |
